Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) Set to Develop the Bonifacio Capital District in Taguig City
Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) is proud to announce its latest major project, the Bonifacio Capital District, a prestigious mixed-use development in Taguig City. Rising on a prime 61,761-square meter property in Taguig City, the Bonifacio Capital District will be carefully master-planned to create a vibrant, dynamic, yet environmentally-friendly destination estate, consistent with Robinsons Land’s commitment to sustainability and the well- being of both current and future generations. Aligned with RLC’s longstanding thrust for sustainability, the entire development will incorporate smart technology and sustainability solutions, including energy-saving features, passive cooling architecture, and state-of-the-art Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. Vital utilities, such as power, internet, and communications lines, will be located underground to preserve the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the area. A next-door neighbor to the New Senate Building now under construction, RLC’s Bonifacio Capital District is ideally positioned near major thoroughfares (Lawton Avenue, Chino Roces Extension, and the South Luzon Expressway), schools, hospitals, and commercial centers. In addition, the development will be in the immediate of the Lawton station for the Department of Transportation’s Metro Manila Subway Project, the proposed 33-kilometer underground railway that will enhance connectivity between East Valenzuela in the north to Bicutan in the south, making it easier for residents, lessors, and employees to navigate the city and the rest of Metro Manila. Bordering the northern perimeter of the property (perpendicular to Chino Roces Avenue Extension) will be the planned Bonifacio South Main Boulevard, another major infrastructure project that promises to further improve access to other key areas in Taguig, including Bonifacio Global City, thereby easing traffic congestion and providing the motoring public with much- needed alternative routes. Three years in a row: Robinsons Land wins Best Developer in the Philippines; RLC Residences takes home multiple awards from PropertyGuru Philippines
Robinsons Land Corporation and its residential arm, RLC Residences, have once again demonstrated their leadership in the Philippine real estate industry with major wins at the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards 2024 last Sept. 6. During the prestigious event held at Shangri-la The Fort, RLC claimed several top honors, including the Best Developer — Philippines and Best Developer — Luzon citations. This is the third consecutive year Robinsons Land has received the top award from PropertyGuru, solidifying its position as one of the country’s most trusted developers. RLC Residences also had a strong showing, particularly with The Residences at The Westin Manila, which garnered three prestigious titles: Best Branded Residential Development, Best Wellness Residential Development, and Best Lifestyle Condo Development. Invest in independence: RLC Residences unveils second phase of Sierra Valley Gardens
Gokongwei-led Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) has launched the second phase of its 12-building residential development in Rizal as its first four buildings are now nearly sold out. Following the introduction of its first phase in 2020, RLC Residences said Sierra Valley Gardens has emerged as one of its top-selling projects. RLC said the initial four buildings are now 95 percent sold, boasting a 42 percent price appreciation. Building on this success, RLC Residences has decided to unveil Sierra Valley Gardens’ second phase with the introduction of its fifth building. “Sierra Valley Gardens is truly one of our most successful projects to date, which also brought us a lot of learnings from our customers. Over time, we’ve seen how this property answers the needs of our millennial home seekers - whose goals are to seek their personal and financial independence while staying close to their loved ones,” RLC Residences marketing head and chief integration officer Karen Cesario said. “The features of this project are inspired by them and we are grateful to continuously upgrade Sierra Valley Gardens with their needs and goals in mind so they can continuously make their smart move towards growth,” she said. Sierra Valley Gardens is situated inside Sierra Valley estate in Cainta, Rizal, a destination estate that is also home to commercial spaces and soon-to-rise mall and office building. It is a three-phase, 12-building condominium that provides strategic connections to commercial establishments within the estate. RLC Residences said the second phase of Sierra Valley Gardens includes a three-floor clubhouse that will house the amenities of the development. On the roof deck, the building will have its own viewing deck and hydroponics farm that promotes farm-to-table produce, which residents can buy for a much cheaper price in the future. Solar panels will also be installed to help power common areas in the building. Sierra Valley Gardens will also have its own rainwater harvesting system to supply water for landscaped areas and other non-potable requirements of the development, while electronic vehicle charging stations on select parking slots will also be installed.
