Gokongwei-led Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) has launched the second phase of its 12-building residential development in Rizal as its first four buildings are now nearly sold out. Following the introduction of its first phase in 2020, RLC Residences said Sierra Valley Gardens has emerged as one of its top-selling projects. RLC said the initial four buildings are now 95 percent sold, boasting a 42 percent price appreciation. Building on this success, RLC Residences has decided to unveil Sierra Valley Gardens’ second phase with the introduction of its fifth building. “Sierra Valley Gardens is truly one of our most successful projects to date, which also brought us a lot of learnings from our customers. Over time, we’ve seen how this property answers the needs of our millennial home seekers - whose goals are to seek their personal and financial independence while staying close to their loved ones,” RLC Residences marketing head and chief integration officer Karen Cesario said. “The features of this project are inspired by them and we are grateful to continuously upgrade Sierra Valley Gardens with their needs and goals in mind so they can continuously make their smart move towards growth,” she said.
